1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PocketDev application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PocketDev is an AI-powered mobile development assistant that provides code generation, project management, and development tools via a pay-as-you-go credit system.

3. User Accounts

• You may create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

4. Credits & Payments

• New accounts receive a $5 welcome bonus credited automatically.
• Guest users receive a $5 free trial on first launch.
• Additional credits can be purchased through the in-app wallet.
• Credits are non-refundable once consumed by AI usage.
• Unused purchased credits do not expire.
• We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use PocketDev to:

• Generate malicious code, malware, or software intended to cause harm
• Create content that violates any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the application
• Use automated scripts or bots to consume credits fraudulently
• Share your account with others to abuse free credit limits

6. AI-Generated Content

You own the code and content generated by PocketDev's AI using your prompts. However:

• AI-generated code is provided "as-is" — review it before use in production
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, security, or fitness of AI-generated code
• You are responsible for how you use any generated content

7. Intellectual Property

The PocketDev application, its design, branding, and underlying code are owned by Consultways. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal and commercial development projects.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketDev and Consultways shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan.
